Erin completed a Certificate IV in Pilates at Breathe Education November 2017. She loves what she does and became a Director of DEFY Method in October 2018 and is dedicated to helping other change their lives. She lives a healthy active lifestyle and is always on the go. She encourages everyone to stay balanced and maintain healthy routines which includes Pilates.

Jade
Jade

Jade began her career working in the corporate world of sales and customer relations. She always had a passion for pilates and decided to take the leap trading in corporate gear for activewear, Jade left her 9- 5 job, jumped head first into teaching and hasn’t looked back since! Jade has a warm & positive energy, always finding the silver lining in every situation & the best in every person. When she’s not found on a reformer, you can find her walking her fur baby Dougie or basking in the sun, Melbourne's culinary scene & enjoying the company of her friends & family.

Emma
Emma

Emma began Pilates after badly injuring her back while studying a Bachelor of Music Theatre at the VCA.  She quickly fell in love with the many resulting physical and mental benefits and qualified as a Reformer teacher with Elixir School of Pilates. She loves the possibilities Reformer Pilates provides for a tough and varied workout for healthy bodies as well as those working with limitations, injuries and pregnancies. In her classes she will push you to work hard and have a bit of fun so that you leave feeling sore but energised.

Villy

Villy is passionate about heath and wellness for the body and mind. Villy first discovered Pilates 9 years ago and has been teaching for 1 year. Upon completing her Certificate IV in Pilates at Breathe Education, she believes the science behind Pilates has brought her the body awareness and durability to perform better in her running and weight training. 
Villy's classes encompasses a mixture of challenge, coordination and strength help you achieve your fitness goals.
